Delete your Satoshi Rush account

How to request account deletion

Send an email to satoshirushsupport@gmail.com with the subject Satoshi Rush Account Deletion Request.

Please include:

• your Satoshi Rush Player ID, available in the game’s Settings screen;
• a clear statement that you want your Satoshi Rush account deleted; and
• if you use Google sign-in, contact us from the email address associated with the account when possible so we can verify ownership.

We may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to verify that the request comes from the account owner. We will never ask you for a password, seed phrase, private key or wallet recovery phrase.

What is deleted

After we verify and process the request, we will delete or permanently disconnect the active account and account-linked data that is no longer required, which may include:

• the Firebase authentication account used by Satoshi Rush;
• the Satoshi Rush player profile and account identifiers;
• game progression, miner state, balances, daily-task progress and account settings; and
• other personal data linked to the active account that we are not required or permitted to retain.

Data that may be retained

Some limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary or required for legal compliance, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, purchase verification or transaction reconciliation. This may include records relating to purchases, Lightning withdrawal requests, payment-provider references, security events or enforcement actions.

Where retention is necessary, retained information is kept only for the applicable purpose and for as long as reasonably required. Aggregated or de-identified information that no longer identifies you may also be retained.

Pending Lightning withdrawals

If a Lightning withdrawal is still pending when we receive your deletion request, we may need to finish reconciling that request, confirm its final status, or return eligible funds to the in-game balance before the account can be closed. Account deletion does not create or initiate a new withdrawal.

Before you request deletion

Please make sure you understand that deletion is irreversible. After deletion, you may lose access to game progress, virtual items, in-game balances and account-linked features associated with that Satoshi Rush account.

Processing your request

We process verified deletion requests in accordance with applicable law and platform requirements. If we need additional information to verify ownership or resolve a pending transaction, we will contact you using the email address from which you submitted the request.
