Terms of Service
1. Scope
These Terms govern use of websites, games and services provided by Valtorune Studio (“Valtorune Studio”, “we”, “us”), including Bitcoin Miner — Satoshi Rush where applicable.
2. Satoshi Rush is a game
Satoshi Rush is a crypto-themed mining simulation. Virtual hashrate, miners and similar game mechanics do not represent actual cryptocurrency-mining equipment or computing power, and the app does not perform real Bitcoin mining on your device.
The game is not an investment product, bank account, savings product or promise of profit. You should not purchase items or engage with the game expecting a financial return.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity performed through it. Guest accounts may have limitations compared with authenticated accounts. We may use account and device-integrity checks to protect gameplay and transactions.
4. Virtual items and progression
Virtual hashrate, Gold, miners, task points and other in-game items are game features. Except where a released version expressly provides an eligible withdrawal feature, virtual items have no cash value and are not redeemable for money.
5. Optional reward/withdrawal features
If a released version offers Bitcoin Lightning or other real-value rewards, they may be subject to minimum and maximum amounts, frequency limits, fees, account eligibility, geographic restrictions, identity or anti-fraud checks, provider availability and other rules shown in the app.
No withdrawal is guaranteed until it has been accepted and successfully processed by the relevant backend/provider. We may delay or reject requests reasonably suspected of fraud, abuse, technical error or violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
6. Advertising
Where voluntary rewarded advertising is available, completion of an eligible advertisement may grant an in-game benefit described in the app. Reward eligibility may depend on successful network/server verification and anti-fraud checks.
7. Purchases
In-app purchases on Android are expected to be processed by Google Play. Pricing, payment processing, refunds and certain consumer rights are also governed by the applicable store terms and local law. A purchase benefit may be granted only after successful transaction validation.
8. Prohibited conduct
You must not exploit bugs, automate ad or reward interactions, manipulate network traffic, forge purchase or reward events, interfere with integrity checks, access another user’s account, reverse engineer protected service components where prohibited by law, or otherwise use the service fraudulently or unlawfully.
9. Availability and changes
Games and online services may change over time. We may rebalance gameplay, update features, discontinue features or perform maintenance. Where changes affect paid content, consumer rights and applicable law remain unaffected.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law or enforce these Terms. Where appropriate, users may contact support to challenge an account action.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available to them.
