1. The service
Bitcoin Miner — Satoshi Rush (the “Game”) is a casual mobile game with a Bitcoin-mining theme. Valtorune Studio (“Valtorune Studio”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides the Game and related online features such as account services, progression, virtual items, advertisements, purchases, optional reward features and customer support.
We may update, rebalance, improve or replace features as the Game develops, subject to applicable law and platform requirements.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must meet any minimum age and eligibility requirements that apply in your country and through the platform from which you access the Game.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping access to your account secure.
- You must provide accurate information when an account feature requires it.
- You may not sell, rent, transfer or share an account in a way that violates these Terms or platform rules.
- If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us as soon as possible.
3. Fair use and prohibited conduct
You must not use the Game or related services to cheat, defraud, disrupt the service or gain an unfair advantage. Prohibited conduct includes using bots or automation, exploiting bugs, manipulating network traffic, forging reward or purchase events, bypassing integrity or security controls, interfering with another user’s account, or using the service for unlawful activity.
You must also not impersonate Valtorune Studio or its staff, misrepresent official communications, or use the Game to deceive or scam other people.
4. Virtual items and game progression
Hashrate, miners, Gold, task progress and other in-game items or values are features of the Game. Unless a specific released feature expressly states otherwise, virtual items do not represent legal tender, ownership of real mining hardware, cryptocurrency balances or property outside the Game.
The Game does not perform real Bitcoin mining on your device.
5. Lightning withdrawals and real-value rewards
Where the Game offers an eligible Bitcoin Lightning withdrawal or other real-value reward feature, the rules displayed in the Game apply to that request. These may include minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, frequency limits, account-status requirements, security checks, provider availability and supported Lightning destinations.
A withdrawal is not complete until it has been accepted and processed by the relevant payment provider and confirmed by our systems. Processing may be delayed by network conditions, provider availability, security review or technical issues.
We may reject, delay or review a withdrawal where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate payments, technical errors or violations of these Terms. Where a failed request is eligible for a balance refund, the Game’s server-side records determine the resulting account balance.
The Game is not an investment, savings or financial-return product. We do not promise that playing, purchasing items or using reward features will generate profit.
6. Advertising and rewarded ads
The Game may offer optional rewarded advertisements. A reward is granted only when the advertisement and required server-side verification are completed successfully. Availability of advertisements may vary by region, device, consent choices, advertising-provider availability and account status.
Attempting to automate, spoof or otherwise manipulate advertising rewards is prohibited.
7. Purchases
In-app purchases may be processed by Google Play or another authorized platform provider. Store pricing, payment processing, refund procedures and certain consumer protections are also governed by the applicable platform terms and local law.
Purchase-related benefits may be granted only after successful transaction validation. Except where required by law or platform policy, consumed digital items or benefits may not be refundable.
8. Intellectual property
The Game, website and related software, artwork, logos, text, audio, interfaces and other content are owned by or licensed to Valtorune Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the service for personal use as permitted by these Terms, but you may not copy, distribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit protected content without authorization.
9. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Valtorune Studio Privacy Policy. That policy explains the categories of information we may process, why we process it, service providers we use, retention, security and applicable privacy rights.
10. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe an account has violated these Terms, abused reward systems, attempted fraud or created a security risk, we may take proportionate action such as limiting features, suspending withdrawals, reviewing transactions, suspending the account or terminating access. Where appropriate, you may contact support regarding an account action.
11. Availability, changes and termination
The Game and online services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, network failures, third-party outages, security incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may modify or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for operation, security, legal compliance or product development. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Game and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of any particular feature, or any particular financial result from use of the Game.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, statutory guarantees or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Game, service providers, legal requirements or business operations. When material changes are published, we will update the effective date above and provide any notice required by applicable law. Continued use of the service after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in this section removes mandatory consumer protections or rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly.
