1. Who we are
The data controller is Valtorune Studio (“Valtorune Studio”, “we”, “us”). You can contact us at valtorunestudio@gmail.com. For Satoshi Rush support, you may also use satoshirushsupport@gmail.com.
2. Information we may process
Depending on the feature you use, we may process:
- account identifiers, including anonymous/guest authentication identifiers and Google sign-in identifiers;
- game state such as progression, miner state, balances, daily-task progress, purchase entitlements and account timestamps;
- device, app-version, integrity, security and diagnostic information used to protect the service and troubleshoot issues;
- analytics and usage events where analytics is enabled;
- support communications you send to us;
- purchase status and transaction identifiers supplied by the relevant app store. We do not receive your full payment-card details from Google Play;
- if a withdrawal feature is available and you use it, information required to process and record the request, such as the requested amount, a Lightning invoice or provider reference, status, timestamps and fraud-prevention information.
3. Why we process information
We process information to operate accounts and gameplay, save progress, secure the service, detect abuse, validate purchases and reward claims, provide customer support, process optional withdrawal requests, understand product performance, comply with legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.
4. Legal bases in the EEA
Where GDPR applies, our legal bases may include performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and consent where required (for example for certain advertising or analytics technologies).
5. Service providers
Valtorune Studio uses or may use third-party infrastructure and platform providers to operate its services. These can include Google/Firebase services for authentication, databases, cloud functions, analytics and app integrity; Google Play for app distribution and in-app purchases; and, when advertising is enabled, advertising/mediation partners such as AppLovin MAX and participating ad networks. The exact set of active partners can vary by app version and region.
6. Advertising
If advertising is enabled, advertising partners may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, ad interactions and other information permitted by your device settings, consent choices and applicable law. Where required, the app will request consent or offer privacy controls before using relevant advertising technologies.
7. Retention
We retain game/account data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and meet legal, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements. Some records may be retained after account closure where required by law or necessary to prevent fraud or resolve transactions.
8. International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside your country or region. Where required, transfers are protected using legally recognized safeguards.
9. Your rights
Where applicable, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, receive a portable copy of certain data, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
10. Children
Our services are not intended for children below the minimum age permitted by applicable law, app-store rules and any eligibility requirements shown in the relevant app.
11. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect service data, including server-side validation and integrity controls for sensitive operations. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes
We may update this policy when features, partners or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are published.
